22nd of July might be assigned as a special day in Indian parliamentary democracy, many might assigning this as a black or white day, whatever but one thing this trust vote showed us all very clearly is that money can always be trusted as afterall we need good goods either on patriotic or social values. The Samaajvadi party has shown how base they can go for defining their personal interests and privet rivalry as equally as BSP who could play the similar ball game but even in a better and with a deft touch. Many speculations can be carried out through this entire exercise yet the one giving whole country jolts is the possibility of money sport's play. If this is even not true or fabrcated, the degree upon which things stood, could indicate any conscious brain the direction of a great mismatch in doings and sayings of our honourable parliamentarians. The decision taken by BJP, BJD, Akali Dal, TDP etc. is rightly justified, the same thing can not be pasted for Communist Party of India Marxist (CPI'M'). I may be sounding emotional but do strongly believe, the 40 years of industrious service could easily be a bail tocken for a good parlimentarian and present Lok Sabha speaker Somnath Chatterjee. Though he was alomost on the verge of his lengthy and honest political career, especially after his consistuency being declared reserved for SC/ST candidates yet it'd be a glitter on his chest if only he had some sensible comrads back in his old home's camp. Now Mayavati is also begun to be considered the future prime minister of India, enlengthening the long list of already declared aspirants, shwoing light to the dark side of castism and politics of opportunism. Various gemstones she got from North to South or East to West are really looking promising superficially at this stage but I'd pray national party like BJP should get that benefit with kind thinking of Indian voters. It is my first vote as being over 18, I always used to wonder I'd most certainly vote BJP and that's only because of RSS, now am pondering over abstention, as I do not honour Indian Constitution, I know if I say it publically, I would be prosecuted with anti national deed's charge, yet I'd say I love my mother the most but not that book which provokes differentiation and discremination rather than uniform civil code, integration and equality. All together, by coming back to the trust vote session, I express my deepest of concerns for our leaders' ill thinking and shall try to convince the present responsible society to "trust the message."

Mind games!
Iraq was attacked, because they were threat to entire world community; specially non muslims, they tamed chemical weapons, Afganistan was Taliban's territory, so it was bound to be warred. All world is made well convinced about these all "facts", from Mumbai to Shanghai; from England to Finland; everyone is well known and convinced with these "Truths". Guess what! it is all the magic of our great western media, who has always been far ahead in conveying their native countries' favouring arguments tremenduously, as they are omnipresent and the most united press on the earth. In such a short time span, Iraq, who was well used againsed Iran by America, became deamon. China is good for trade but bad for humanrights, we need trade more, so why to show up and waste their precious time over such communists' single party regime? Rather than it's far better to held programmes, such as "China Bussiness Week", why to show the plight of real "Weaks" there? If it is cornering America and western countries' interests, then why not to devote hours of national geographic channel's display on great american death weaponary! It'll be an eminent medium to capture and horrify "others'" imaginations. How to declare Russians the enemy of mankind? You can learn from BBC. CNN is better for war time onesided debates and spreading of their views through CNN Arabic, why they didn't think of CNN Chinese? They will be hoping to open one Chinese stall soon but it's important to tackle Muslim youths' anti American thinking before, as they are proving to be far dangerous than the others. And then Chinese are always there to assist the trade, can be seen later on. Indian's know English well, so why not CNN IBN! Oops, but there should be some mental missile on those Hindi speakers too, specially Indian Muslims, okay then, here comes IBN7, who always covers each and every strategic seminar and press conferences in America and shows us all the time. Even when 10 of our soldiers, who were heading for vacations, unarmed, under a ceasefire agreement, got martyred by a bomb attack of kashmeeree militants, Obama's speech over climate change and how India and China are responsible for this was a greater issue. Well, fair enough, if our own government is not worrying then what the hack they should portray for busy Indians? Alright, I should show some gratutude towards their intelligence and experience, let me also touch some climate calamity! Now someone please tell them about per capita statistics and their past records, may be after that they should feel the shame and try understanding our troubles as well. Now what will you say? Isn't it a great mind game, the best utilization of old colonial powers and their new avatar America? I like mind games if only they are faught on principles and not on sly tricks. A free and responsible media is always wanted!

The Voice of Mankind!
The world specially America who didn't miss even on a second to declare "Kosovo" a separate country, gave a paralyzed reaction of whatever happened in Tibbet. China says it's its "Internal" matter, and Indian government agree to all this? India has been leader for knowledge transferring to china for years by, the Buddhist culture, traditions; our ancestral kings won chinese land and awarded it to the servants of Buddha, for what? For this all which is happening now? What does China {Cheen} thinks? They will occupy any land and then claim it's their internal issue? If they are saying Tibbetians started all violence and then even over powered the massive number of Chinese security forces and attacked them extremely, then why they are not showing these things to world community? Why they did the most severe attack on humanity by Media Blackouts? What is the UN and all countries boasting of Human Rights doing? Do they have no care for those mother's sons fighting for their motherland? Is this the way this selfish world reacts to apparent human rights' violations by some economic, strategic and military power? Are our principles fall dwarf to the selfishness? It's the time when we all write the truth about the fabric of our nature, that whether it is sewed with the threads of cowardice or with the glorious silk of bravery to support the truth and justice. It is enough to indicate about Cheenee {Chinese} fault that they have always been indulged in fights over land. They all time tried to occupy lands all around world. Hong Kong, Tibbet, now eying Arunanchal and other similar issues too are existed in their account all the time. People within the nation are shown what the government want them to show and this mute world seeing everything? I am not at all in support of disintegrating lands and create countries on the name of race, language or any discrimination but when I see Chinese brutal policy where a handful are running things by muscle power for their own narrow notions then I think it'd be far nicer if we can provide a few Tibbetians liberation from the bloody claws of Chinese communism. Help Tibbet, Raise the voice of truth and show the courage to the world that we hail for the Mankind.

Counterpunch to China
Currently China, violating an agreement about not destabilising settled populations in disputed areas, lays claim repeatedly to Arunachal Pradesh. Indian reactions are pitifully pathetic. To respond gainfully to China, what is required is a counterpunch. India should simply state that it no longer recognises Tibet as part of China, since Tibet is Tibetan territory and the Tibetan people must decide its future. There is no legal impediment against India doing this. The 1954 Agreement between India and China, whereby India recognised Tibet as part of China, lapsed after eight years and was never renewed.
India’s hope of a reasonable settlement between China and the Tibetan people has been shattered by China’s rebuff to Dalai Lama’s somewhat over-generous offer of accepting autonomy for Tibet under Chinese sovereignty. China instead is busy changing the demography of Tibet by populating the region with Han Chinese to marginalise Tibet’s own sons of the soil. As former government counsel and author J.P. Mitter in his Betrayal of Tibet (1964) wrote: "No policy that allows the Chinese to be paramount in this once acknowledged buffer country will ever be in the interest of India."
The International Commission of Jurists in Geneva after detailed research had concluded that Tibet, historically and legally, was an independent nation until it was forcibly occupied by China. The government could encourage any prominent NGO, perhaps even George Fernandes, to interact with radical young Tibetans in Dharamshala to set up a joint committee for delineating the Indo-Tibetan border. India has a border with Tibet, none with China. Once that border is delineated it could be forwarded to the International Commission of Jurists for approval.
On the eve of the Beijing Olympics, China is very touchy about Tibet. India should exploit that. On March 10, a radical young Tibetan, Tenzin Tsundue, is leading a peaceful march from Dharamshala to Tibet to coincide with the opening of the Olympics. This is his way of lodging a Gandhian, democratic protest. Official agencies should extend him quiet help. Media should ensure maximum international coverage. The protest can undoubtedly gather momentum.
There is also much that can be said with regard to Xingjian and Taiwan. But let’s start with Tibet.

Desire for diminishing!
After reading about all this dirty political and ignorant racial pride displaying by Raj Thakrey, I feel very angry on the Central Leadership of this Nation and condemn the weaker stance taken by Government of India. The response of maharashtrian State Government was even more pathetic. The arrest took so long time when it was obvious to everyone that this foolish thinking of ignorant racial pride can lead our much cherished integrity in variety principle in trash and could advance even threatening the "Physical Integration" of our nation. These people of MNS {Maharashtra Navanirmana Sena} are blindly thinking in much narrower area, they lost the long love which we all had been sharing since the ancient civilisation which Great Shivaji was much proud of, who installed "Hindu Pad Paadshahi" and integrated us all. Now mere selfishness of so called marathis became heavier than Shiva Ji and Rana Prataap's legacy? How disgusting and shameful this is. Where is RSS {Rashtriya SwayamSevak Sangh} who claims to be the most "Nationalist Organisation"! When it came to deliver they are all gone from arena? And State Government arrested "Abu Aazami" also who was protesting for the right? Only to calm the false so called Marathi pride! This dirty politics can destroy the age long Indian traditions of Fraternity and Love to everyone. Even when The English, Portuguese, Dutch, French, Mughals came to our country and cheated us and cause brutality towards us, we made them our loving partners in this critical journey of earthly life. And today we proudly say all Muslims are our brothers. These powers couldn't eradicate our race like they almost did in Australia and other parts of the Globe, many reasons might be for it but for sure somewhere one was the essence of Tolerance and Affection which is always there in Hinduism and thus in our culture. We all now must unite and hail against persons like Raj Thakrey who are actually misguided and are living in misconceptions and taming lethal hatred for their own brothers, we fought against all odds together, against Brutal Mughals, sly English {Anglo/Angrez} and all problems which we faced as wars with Pakistan, China; we all were together, we might be from different religions, economic back grounds and much much more diversities, but we did it with the fundamental principle of "Humanity" and Care towards our fellow beings. Numerous civilisations like Rome {Yoonaan}, Egyptians {Mistr}, Mangol came and go by, but the Ancient greatness of Indians are still shining on the globe with the glorious tag of "The Worlds' Oldest Civilization". And little selfishness of some Marathis {Which I don't even like stating as "Marathis" because of insulting Shivaji Himself by saying so} would lead us to this turmoil? Is this even of any status that our ancestors gifted us? Think many times and decide how you want to proceed with your worldly avatars. We all believe in "Vasudhaiv KutumbKum" {The entire earth is one family} and I would like our generation to expand this view to all Universe with the latest scientific advancements which we achieve and not at all desire for diminishing it to the bottom of some peoples' False Racial Pride. Jai Hind!

End of a “Devoted Icon”
I am in the deepest of sorrow with the assassination of one of the greatest leader of the Indian sub continent Mrs. Benazir Bhutto. She was a brave lady leader of a highly patriarchal, conservative muslim society. After loosing her inspirational father, with the strength and bravery of patriotism, she entered in the muddy, brutal and severely volatile Pakistani politics. After being in power for short intervals, having being faced with corruption allegations and all sorts of harrasements by self centric or Islamic extremists’ groups or other political, personal foes; she stood firm. Amidst of violent plight, for the sake of her countrymen and the vision which she nurtured for her beloved country, she returned with all wanted, unwanted agreements; displaying her affection towards the motherland and the people of Pakistan. It’s very unfortunate that Extremists and Bigot terrorists’ organizations act slyly, brutally killing people on the name of Religion and then showing off through Media announcements, about their cruelty as their victory. Any Religion doesn’t direct the path of violence and hatred. These misguided militants can’t even realize, whatever they’re doing is going only negative. They are clearly killing innocent people and creating a very negative image of Islam in front of the entire world community.
Coming back to the Martyr, I state my total solidarity to her family and friends; and express much regret towards this heinous act of cowardice against a woman who stood firm for her nation and democracy. Infinite regards to the great soul which will always be kindling as a torch in our hearts, spreading aura of love and freedom.

Converting Faith!
Hello to all my readers,
Today I decided to write about my views on people who convert their religion. There have been numerous conflicts and disastrous violent battles in human society, merely to convert people to the choice of certain sections of society. Our political fraternity believes in the profit which they might cash out of this mishap. What is religion? It’s one’s faith and devotion to a set of thoughts and views, and it’s not at all impractical that it may vary from time to time, but being a social animal, we are bound to be more confined and most of all highly influenced by people around us. In India, you can find faiths of all kinds, everyone possessing their on take, I can’t comment on the whole world’s position, but as my perception goes, it looks similar, as we all are emotional and thinkers. If defaming any religious insignia can cause severe outburst like it was in case of prophet, then it alarms our minds even more, that are till now, have we been enough minded to be free and broad with our thinking? Are we blind enough in something which we just embraced as it was said to us? If questions and matters pertaining “Religion” are so inflammable then I must urge all people to abstain themselves from converting and try to find their path individually, because if we’re not that “Intellectual” that we can bear “Freak” acts of others, then we’re certainly not that minded to alter the traditional faith or even if we’re then our that intellectuality shows us the way of being away with such conversions and try installing peace in society rather than trouble. I don’t want to make this article a “Radical” by equipping it with the examples of Christian Missions in India, that give money and other temptations only to alter their faiths and then think whatever loyalty they’ve got, will be even more substantial as generations passes, the approach with which Muslims got much base in Indian Subcontinent. It sparks people, specially of Minorities, so be witty and act the same.
Yours forever
Devashish Mishra (“Nucleusfermi”).
