Losing the lost!

The life is all about gaining and losing; several years ago, I was in middle school, precisely, 8th standard, used to use one of the school's TEMPO to commute to & fro. I was a bit reserved candidate among much jubilant and lively others, so I had a fixed place to sit on for the most interesting part of my "School Time". It was a front seat, near the Driver, which I am writing with a capital "D" as He was and in fact till now very respected to me. There was room for three to sit, one being me and other the Driver the remaining was kept reserved for a very nice personality named as "Deepak". He was one year junior of mine, would always regard my seniority with his persistent salutations and jokes with prior respectful permutations. I would too try to preserve that sense of seniority with selected, chosen words; carefully marked for the dignity’s maintenance. We three would talk all time assigned to our daily journey, discussing almost any of the issues that might be current or just popped out. I was apple of the Driver’s eyes, He would love me the most and we had many political thoughts’ similarities which would propel the flow of our profoundly energetic conversations. Deepak was slightly more of a very simple persona, unfortunately he was hunted by Polio Mellitus from his birth, he had a younger brother as well who was also equally polite and charming. 123 समझौते की सच्चाई (भारत­अमेरिका­परमाणु करार) Nuclear Agreement (Indo-American)

Nuclear Agreement between India - USA :MUST BE READ BY EVERY
INDIAN

There are lot of talks about 1 2 3 Agreement between India &
USA and it
almost led to the topple of Central Government. In this mail
I am trying
to explain the commercial & technical aspects relating to
this Agreement
which I have read and sharing with you.

What is 123 Agreement?

This is called 123 Agreement because this comes under USA 's
Atomic Power
Act Section 123.
Let's see how India 's (Indians?) Sovereignty & Independence
are
pledged...

(1) After this Agreement USA will supply all fuel, machinery
/ equipment
& technology to India for producing Nuclear Power.

(2) All these days from about 22 Nuclear Power Plants, India
is
producing power as well as Atom. It's a high security /
secret that
from where which is produced, how much is produced, where it
is
supplied, what research is being done with that, etc. to
anybody. But
if we sign this Agreement, we have to disclose these secrets
and also
agree to 14 of our Nuclear Power Plants to be under the
scanner of
International Atomic Power Organization.

(3) The fuel utilized to produce Atomic Power can be
recycled for reuse
and this plant will be under direct supervision of IAPO.

If India does nuclear test, this agreement gets
canceled. But

(1) USA will take back all the machinery / equipments /
technology
supplied to India thus far.

(2) Those 14 plants will continue to be under scanner
irrespective of
the status of the agreement.

On the other hand, if any of the commitments given by USA is
breached by
them, then there is no clause for cancelling this agreement.

The agreement is apparently like this... USA can either hug
India or
slap India . India will not ask why are we hugged or why
are we slapped.
On the other hand, India cannot hug or slap USA for breach
of agreement.

This is only capsule so that easy to read and digest.

Requirement of Power

The most important requirement for India 's Economic Growth
in the coming
years will be the power & infrastructure. The argument put
forth
favouring the 123 Agreement says that we need Nuclear Power
Production
to be increased to meet the demand.

Power Production in India

Presently following are the figures:

Thermal Power 66%

Hydel Power 26%

Solar & Wind Power 5% - Presently Rs.600 Crores are spent
for producing
this power.

Nuclear Power 3% - If this is to be increased to
6%, it
requires additional Rs.50,000 Crores.

Naturally it will be wise to increase other 3 modes of power
production
rather than the expensive & dangerous Nuclear Power. Isn't??

URANIUM

We used to import Uranium from various other
countries. After the
Pokran Test, we are not getting it. To augment the supply,
we need to
sign the 123 Agreement to get Uranium from USA . But we
will have to
declare to USA from which power plant India takes raw
material for
producing Atom Bomb. Why should we disclose our internal
secrets to
those rascals ? Will any one allow an outsider to
continuously monitor
what's happening in your Hall & Kitchen of your house?
Other study
reveals that Uranium is available in India aplenty. Only
hurdle is the
acquisition of land. To produce Atomic Power & Bomb in the
next 40
years, the requirement of Uranium is 25,000 MT whereas the
availability
is 78,000 MT across India .

PLUTONIUM

Presently 35% of Plutonium is used to produce Atomic Bombs.
After
signing the Agreement, we will be allowed to use only 10%.
Who are those
to restrict the usage of our natural resource ? That is
though

you are capable of cooking & eating 10 idlis as your
breakfast, you are
allowed only 3 idlis henceforth. How can it be? Why should
we accept
this?

THORIUM

As told by Dr.APJ, we have abundant Thorium. In fact we are
the 2nd
largest producer of Thorium next only to Australia . India
has to
explore this further for producing power. For your
information, in
South India - particularly around Kanyakumari, the
availability of
Thorium is abundant.

INDIA-IRAN-CHINA

USA does not like the amicable relationship between
India-Iran and also
India-China. If India-China relationship gets stronger,
then both these
can rule the Eastern Part of the Globe which USA wants to
break as per
their divide & rule.

By signing this agreement, USA wants India to depend on it
for producing
power which is going to be a crucial factor in future. There
is a talk
of bringing Natural Gas from Iran to India with a big
pipeline project.
USA doesn't like this proposal.

Atomic Power Technology

Whether power is produced or Bomb is produced, using Atomic
power
without spoiling the infrastructure and without allowing the
radiation
is always under threat. Moreover preserving the wastes
coming out of
Atomic Power Plants is expensive & unsafe.

There was an accident in Three Miles Island in USA . To
close this plant
nearly USD 200 Crores spent with tons & tons of concrete but
yet to be
fully closed.

In an another accident at Soviet Union 's Serbia Plant, even
the next
generation child are affected due to the radiation.

It will be very very expensive to defuse & close down an
Atomic Power
Plant than its construction cost.

France

France has got 56 Nuclear Power stations producing 73% of
the country's
total power requirement. They are catching up the problem
of
eliminating the wastes / emissions from out of those plants
at the same
time increase the power production capacity. Government of
France is
now thinking how to reduce the power consumption in the
country.

Conclusion

In view of the above danger, rather than signing the
agreement and
pledging India to USA , it will be prudent to increase the
Solar & Wind
Energy and more importantly HydELPower Production can be
increased by
linking all rivers across India and by constructing DAMS.

The whole process of this Agreement started in the year 2005
when
Manmohan visited USA . In a span of just 2 years a major
decision of
signing this agreement has taken place with political
motive. On the
contrary, neither this Government nor any other earlier
Central
Government could not amend the Constitution thereby
nationalize the
rivers across the country thereby effectively utilize the
water
resources for both Agriculture purpose and producing Hydel
Power. What
an irony?

Whenever someone is helping the needy, you can't expect the
TERMS AND
CONDITIONS BETWEEN THE needy and the helper to be
EQUAL??? BUT

(1) the helper's ulterior motive should be seen with broad
eye because
he is capable of digging a grave behind you and

(2) better to be self-sufficient and explore new avenues
with available
resources.

INDIA-CHINA-USA

India is very rich in Culture, follow Religions, Value
Ethics, Level of
Education is Very Good.

China is also rich in Culture, follow Religion, better
disciplined.

USA does not have Culture, does not have Ethics, only want
power over
others. Particularly wants a firm footing in South Asia
. Remember the
introduction EURO by European Countries and it is stronger
than Dollar?
So their "DAL" cannot be boiled at " EUROPE ". They are
trying in India
as already Pakistan is in their clutches.

Protectionism in world economy

After failure of Doha round, it's become a nagging question in my mind, whether agreements of that degree, in a sensitive matter like trade and economy, are anyway possible! It seems so because even economically excelled nations like US are backing their regional farm subsidies to higher extent, the nations who never pant while speaking about poverty elimination and developing specially third world countries and supporting developing nations. They ask for tariff cuts for developing nations and be obstinate on reducing their internal subsidies! Thus it seems that ever prevailing protectionism in world economy, will not go effortlessly, only by calling for international goodwill. For our younger readers let me quote what is protectionism from an online source,

In the language of economics, it is a form of economic policy for a system. By definition, we can frame its potential hazard for world's integration and mankind, so I thought I must write something about it. Now how would it be eliminated? Civil Movement

The terror is striking, cowards are hitting us from back, many Indian muslims are taken hypnotised by them, they are being radicalised for killing mankind. Most of us are now blaming governments; security agencies and intelligence but the reality is, now if we want to battle this long battle then we are to convince our muslim brothers and sisters from within our boundaries. Islamic leaders of our country should call for piece within their religion else they are also equally taking part in disgracing their own religion. Now a civil movement, like Sufi movement in history will have to be initiated by spiritual gurus of Muslim society, so that they might try saving not only their religion but also ensure the world peace. Many Hindu leaders tried to convince muslims but they are not receptive to "others", for them only muslims are human, rest are devils, so please my good humans show some humanity now. Kindly not to raise the potential over our heads to compel us showing our devil traits, be human, this time you did cross all limits, blasted civil hospital's trauma centre? What kind of religion you are having, read your books back again, may be you missed on something! If you don't think so then rewrite those books with goodness in mind. All deserve to have their own thoughts, philosophies, principles, customs, traditions, lifestyles; why you want to destroy this beautiful garden of variety within the pleasant weather of unity? Let us all try again to mainten that unity forever. Remember, anyone can't tolerate more than this, stop it, and to all muslim leaders, initiate that civil movement which shows muslims the path of peace and prosperity; tell them to live for others not in place of others. Call of Duty

7 Bombs serially blasted in Bangalore yesterday and today 16 in Ahmedabad; many were diffused by security agencies, in one incident, a timer bomb set for 12 was diffused by a brave soldier on 11:45, an Email is received by a news channel, sent by "Indian Mujahideen", now when there is any statement against muslim community in India, big muslim movie artists, leaders come immediately on ramp to condemn those remarks, now why are they not coming in open to rectify their own community? Why Indian muslims are not swearing to fight for their motherland "India"? How can it possible that an enemy of a son's mother getting shelter in his own house, eventually killing her? Is there any shame left in those so called "Indian" mujahideens? This frame shows a clear image that what VHP, Bajarang Dal, ShivSena do is all correct and we should favour them as much as possible, else our survival will be in danger because of this barbaric race. Only poison can kill poison, swear on your mother, whenever you find anyone speaking a single word against our country, we will rip his head apart from the torso, this is the fight that is to be faught with bigot muslims, and we will have to be united to answer them in the toughest words, that is "The Call of Duty."

Trust the message!

22nd of July might be assigned as a special day in Indian parliamentary democracy, many might assigning this as a black or white day, whatever but one thing this trust vote showed us all very clearly is that money can always be trusted as afterall we need good goods either on patriotic or social values. The Samaajvadi party has shown how base they can go for defining their personal interests and privet rivalry as equally as BSP who could play the similar ball game but even in a better and with a deft touch. Many speculations can be carried out through this entire exercise yet the one giving whole country jolts is the possibility of money sport's play. If this is even not true or fabrcated, the degree upon which things stood, could indicate any conscious brain the direction of a great mismatch in doings and sayings of our honourable parliamentarians. The decision taken by BJP, BJD, Akali Dal, TDP etc. is rightly justified, the same thing can not be pasted for Communist Party of India Marxist (CPI'M'). I may be sounding emotional but do strongly believe, the 40 years of industrious service could easily be a bail tocken for a good parlimentarian and present Lok Sabha speaker Somnath Chatterjee. Though he was alomost on the verge of his lengthy and honest political career, especially after his consistuency being declared reserved for SC/ST candidates yet it'd be a glitter on his chest if only he had some sensible comrads back in his old home's camp. Now Mayavati is also begun to be considered the future prime minister of India, enlengthening the long list of already declared aspirants, shwoing light to the dark side of castism and politics of opportunism. Various gemstones she got from North to South or East to West are really looking promising superficially at this stage but I'd pray national party like BJP should get that benefit with kind thinking of Indian voters. It is my first vote as being over 18, I always used to wonder I'd most certainly vote BJP and that's only because of RSS, now am pondering over abstention, as I do not honour Indian Constitution, I know if I say it publically, I would be prosecuted with anti national deed's charge, yet I'd say I love my mother the most but not that book which provokes differentiation and discremination rather than uniform civil code, integration and equality. All together, by coming back to the trust vote session, I express my deepest of concerns for our leaders' ill thinking and shall try to convince the present responsible society to "trust the message."

Mind games!

Iraq was attacked, because they were threat to entire world community; specially non muslims, they tamed chemical weapons, Afganistan was Taliban's territory, so it was bound to be warred. All world is made well convinced about these all "facts", from Mumbai to Shanghai; from England to Finland; everyone is well known and convinced with these "Truths". Guess what! it is all the magic of our great western media, who has always been far ahead in conveying their native countries' favouring arguments tremenduously, as they are omnipresent and the most united press on the earth. In such a short time span, Iraq, who was well used againsed Iran by America, became deamon. China is good for trade but bad for humanrights, we need trade more, so why to show up and waste their precious time over such communists' single party regime? Rather than it's far better to held programmes, such as "China Bussiness Week", why to show the plight of real "Weaks" there? If it is cornering America and western countries' interests, then why not to devote hours of national geographic channel's display on great american death weaponary! It'll be an eminent medium to capture and horrify "others'" imaginations. How to declare Russians the enemy of mankind? You can learn from BBC. CNN is better for war time onesided debates and spreading of their views through CNN Arabic, why they didn't think of CNN Chinese? They will be hoping to open one Chinese stall soon but it's important to tackle Muslim youths' anti American thinking before, as they are proving to be far dangerous than the others. And then Chinese are always there to assist the trade, can be seen later on. Indian's know English well, so why not CNN IBN! Oops, but there should be some mental missile on those Hindi speakers too, specially Indian Muslims, okay then, here comes IBN7, who always covers each and every strategic seminar and press conferences in America and shows us all the time. Even when 10 of our soldiers, who were heading for vacations, unarmed, under a ceasefire agreement, got martyred by a bomb attack of kashmeeree militants, Obama's speech over climate change and how India and China are responsible for this was a greater issue. Well, fair enough, if our own government is not worrying then what the hack they should portray for busy Indians? Alright, I should show some gratutude towards their intelligence and experience, let me also touch some climate calamity! Now someone please tell them about per capita statistics and their past records, may be after that they should feel the shame and try understanding our troubles as well. Now what will you say? Isn't it a great mind game, the best utilization of old colonial powers and their new avatar America? I like mind games if only they are faught on principles and not on sly tricks.
