“When the moral values of a society fall to the bottom, it derives conflicts for self-destruction.”

The eruption of distorted wills and deterioration of the religion, propels the rise of corruption of all sorts. Being confined to the present scenario, one would find oneself amazed when they trace millions vouching for eradication of this evil and in such a system with the same people, find ample amount of corrupt practices! There can be many reasons cited for such a phenomenon, the broadest one may be as the beginning dictum of this write-out suggests. The current perspective is about two major aspects. The first should take into account the disabled pedagogic framework of our society and the second is the systemic failure of governance.

The British system, which follows a fine documentary way of functioning, completely lacks transparency and provides with numerous loop-holes that are never extensively tried to be mended either willingly or the other way round. The man-power which is incorporated to perform the functioning of such a system, seems to be basically crippled with their pragmatic skills and is viciously induced by their traditional corrupt predecessors and seniors. The compounding factor of deficient law and the judicial machinery itself only adds insult to injury. Rising of the new and extensive electronic media is a favouring factor but looks highly suspicious more often than it would a few years before. The cause of election of corrupt leaders has a direct correlation with the electoral skeleton of this democracy. I am known to some efforts made for electoral reforms in the nation but by and large nothing concrete could ever be performed practically, specially with the huge sum of money and resources involved in the election related activities.

The corruption in the defense-forces is of even more concern but seems to be relieving for its rather direct attachment with the patriotic tone, even though I regret my scarce knowledge of facts pertaining to this issue.

Altogether, the mass-movements erect by several main-stream political parties as well as the other individuals, the wave of anti-corruption sentiment appears to be soaring high but palpably getting misdirected and whimsical. People must strengthen their conscious against the devil of corruption and think more for the lesser fortunate portion of this vibrant society.

Republic day-Indian flag turned down!!

When the national flag hoisting becomes an issue of debate, made to put the veil on of controversy, on the name of law and order, nationalism is thrown to ruins and the democratically government chooses to bow down against separatists' dictate, the depth of misery becomes unfathomable. Adding contrast to the stain, the central government defending a tainted CVC, denying disclosure of the names of the robbers who cheated and robed our country!

There has always been an argument that the system in inherently corrupt and people's will must be revolutionalised in order to bring about a positive change. Here the fact is, the people whom we send to democratic institutions are not at all a separate breed. They are all among ourselves. Thus I am a strong believer of the view that the prime authority should be brilliantly capable of flexing the system in right direction, that's the reason why it is called as a “Leader”, who leads from the front, not at all to be lead indirectly by some foreigner who chose to suddenly pop up in the nation, may be seeking her son a dignified job and a gratified career! And it is even more shameful that such a party is brought to power by this county's citizens, not once but twice! Now they themselves are paying its price, be it in the form of onions, petrol, pulses or hiked travel fares and taxes or even bear the grudge of mammoth corruption on the name of an honest economist who embarrasses even a desert rock in being inactive. Mere flattery must never be a ground for any significant post, the democracy has this inherent weakness of choosing lame leaders, genuine, principally sound, truthful persons lack popularity.

Coming to the major issue, which led me writing this article. BJP's national flag hoisting “Integrity” campaign for our nation, is blatantly termed as a political stunt by pseudo secular power brokers. The issue of concern is recent violence and unrest in the Kashmir region. According to the state chief minister, it will be a provoking act and is being carried out with malicious intentions. Now one must ask them, even with any sort of intention, if someone wants to hoist our beloved National flag, at a public place, on a nationally significant day, within our country, why the state government can't provide adequate security and at the first place, why this kind of condition allowed to be developed, to the extent that it became difficult to hoist our own flag, on our very motherland?

If anti-national elements threaten to be violent, why can't we kill our enemies? If a political party can call for massacre of people from a particular community, when it's First Family member is murdered by a person belonging to that community then why can't we put to end the voices that are of hatred and anti-national? What sort of tranquility chief minister talks about? If peace at the cost of nation's pride is acceptable then were millions of those human beings who died for the sake of their nations were simpletons? Our Tricolor is made turned down even before it's hoisted on its own land! The country will have to decide its own future, with this lame western education system, to what extent our fellow Indians can do it, it's in the womb of time. United States of America- The biggest human rights’ violator

People are making hue and cry about the new leaked Pakistani army’s tapes in which they brutally execute the teens in SWAT valley, keeping the pebbling of bullets even after the boys were dead, each and every sigh of their pain to a little but gruesome journey to the death invokes rage for Pakistan and more so for United States of America in my heart. US have used all its English-Western media propaganda machinery to declare itself as the savior of Mankind and the cleanser for the devil arbitrarily. It’s providing immense amount of money to terrorist country like Pakistan merely for its vested interest. The selfishness of this shameless leadership in this remarkable country will lead the human society to the darkest of the hallows possible. It’s high time when we all unite against such countries who utilize their might to propagate violence in the world and hail no to their misleading propagandas. The leadership of this country has become so intoxicated in its self-perpetuated feeling of insecurity and over-reactiveness that it has completely forgotten that sins always make one pay badly, hope my friends in the United States of America will ponder over this point and compel their government and political leadership to behave humanly, else the day is not far when they will be reacted upon in an equally brutal manner, which will be enough to make the humankind suffer.

Mushrooms of critical danger; Politics through Media

Present cocktail of pseudo news channels in India, better denoted as overall electronic media, appears to be morally less substantial and more interested in using the “Short cut propaganda machinery”, developed by them, to stir the mass in the direction they wish. Before their commercial intentions were in question, now their malicious political propaganda are also flaring in the eyes of think-tanks of society at various strata.

Accusations and proofs have been corroborated for many news channels for being driven by the funds perfused by political powers. The right wing of Indian polity RSS, BJP and its related organizations are registering their complaints on social flora by invoking agitations in the minds of mass about serial, targeted, odd and extremely notorious in nature, so called “sting operations”. The latest being a conversation among a few individuals, happen to be part of their organization, talking about taking revenge from muslims and trying to wage violence against those who have brutally murdered not only the morals of humankind but also the freedom of living peacefully while practicing one's religion of choice. Such conversations have contrasting properties of being utterly wrong and quite natural, so I strongly believe, this is a failure of both “religious and political leadership” of this country. Islam has to filter the bad elements out with constant, devoted and scrupulous attempts else such conversations are already showing signs of greater resentment among other religions and can be transformed into extremely undesirable consequences. The biased media coverage, stings without proper proof and then for political propaganda, TRP, commercial interests, putting them on air without proper assessment of what risk they hail, is careless as well as hazardous for the unity of our country.

This phenomenon isn’t new, as historically the media-systems were created by the governments or politically active groups but there was a time in between, when in the “democratically” ruled parts of the world, the dictum was an impartial media that now seems to be a highly corrupt aspect for the Democratic freedom. Political parties must communicate with people using their own stamp unambiguously so that democracy is transparent; using such an insult must never be practiced and ought to be relegated by the citizens out rightly. We hope, media personnel and the folk in general will understand the need of keeping their thinking broader while perceiving the gist out of these "mushrooms of critical danger."

By the growing foreign threats, islamic terrorism, naxalism (maoism), regional base politics of separatists are highly alarming challenges that our country faces. The recent events scale up the level of concern even vehemently. The political will power to tackle them, seems to be defensive as well as indecisive. With lack of experience and exposure I can't confidently write over this point much but one thing that I endorse with solid authority, is to be vigilant and keep preparing ourselves for these challenges, so that when time arrives, we can contribute with our merits.
The economic, scientific and religious flourishing of the nation will be the key to hold, to unlock the endless possibilities in future that India can take on to, not only for its regional goals but also for a cumulative vision, which we see for the entire Humankind! All the best!!

Unethical eligibility criterion for Maharashtra Taxi Drivers!

After immoral means to substantiate the local language, culture and traditions, adopted by regional political parties such as Maharashtra Navnirmaan' Sena (MNS) and Shivsena, now the Maharashtra government issues a reinforcement circular for the unethical rules of Taxi-drivers' eligibility criteria, comprising of the clauses like the mandatory domicile of 15 years with capabilities of reading, writing and speaking Marathi language! The rules have been in place since 1989, the circular seems to be an endeavor to cash in the divisive nature of Maharashtra demography, specially in present plight when the result of state assembly election has shown significant benefit for the radical MNS manifesto.

The social democratic country India, provides the citizens of it through the written constitution with the right of living, earning, practicing any religious activity throughout its length and breadth; the above rule clearly contradicts this framework of constitution and evokes hazard to numerous migrants chiefly from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh by disallowing them blatantly, with the right of earning their livelihood while having the ability to read, write and speak the national language of India- HINDI! If Maharashtra government wishes to put in place convenience for local residents, they can introduce some basic training on a very few linguistic clauses used for handling the onus of a taxi driver and secondly, it's an open fact that almost everyone in Maharashtra knows Hindi, at least to the extent of using a cab-service! In the next few months, there will be approximately more than 4000 licenses issuance in the state of Maharashtra for Taxi drivers, now with these criteria in place, which provide a complete barricade to the numerous migrants, who knows their national language very well, what will be their fate?

According to our constitution, Marathis can also go to any part of the nation and they do migrate as well, may be to some lesser degree. If they think someone ELSE, is eating on their bread, they simply need to raise their skill-levels and compete in a fair environment rather than using immoral means like using violence against the migrants and openly mocking at our tolerant, inclusive, peaceful and cosmopolitan character of Indian culture. They should focus upon providing better access to the learning faculties of their local language, culture, traditions and to promote them with moral means, like mass awareness. Ironically, the Bollywood, which provides much of its glitter to Mumbai, the National economic capital (not only pertaining Maharashtra), is the "HINDI motion picture, music and arts' industry"! Providing ample amount of revenue as well as exposure to wealth and prosperity to the locals. Parties like MNS and Shivsena are ruining the fabric of country by dividing it on the basis of regional characters and thus weakening the strength of United India. Soon such flame would engulf other states as well, then how could the integrity of the nation be maintained? Congress is saying, no new rule is made or the older is amended but mere reinforcement of the rule is exercised, the simple question here erected is, whether Congress is in favor of such divisive, inhuman and a disastrous rule both for the directly affected poor migrants and the integrity of country? If no then they must have eliminated such rule rather than reinforcing it. If today I say, I am going to reinforce LTTE in Sri Lanka, am I not a culprit? I'd then say, I have neither amended nor framed a new beast, should it be a properly standing argument at all? Now when this is the plight of Nation's giant oldest political party, one can effortlessly ponder over the strategies of others.

If we don't wake up now, and act against such bigots, it won't be far away, when nation's integrity would fall broken in the hands of separatists like MNS chief, Naxalites, Kashmiri militants or Islamic radicals. Say no to injustice and eradicate the evil!

Racism ruining mankind, Indians in Australia being racially discreminated & harassed

Growing incidents of racially motivated violence against Indian students studying in Australia and now even people of Indian origin in general with their properties and religious sites are alarming folks in India as well as in the entire world. Recently, the brutal murder of a 23 year old Indian studentin Australia, which was a component of the chain of attacks against Indian students that were blatantly denied by Australian authorities to be racist in nature with the today's race attack on Gurudwara (Sikh temple), shows the rising menace within the humankind, pertaining racism.
The aim of the article is not at all to stamp entire white community or Australians as racists but to enlighten the mass with the effort of kindling the sense of humanity that must be considered above state's ego, in the hearts and minds of Australian authorities, who are continuously denying to recognise the root cause correctly, thus fueling the issue even further towards blazing direction of future conflicts and vengeance.
This phenomenon describes how the terrorism and inhumane acts of violence within mankind are conceived. It's a fact that in modern era, India can't sort out this trouble militarily, neither can those handful of people present on a foreign land could perform self defence, then in this plight, this all when the legitimate solution that lies in the hands of Australian governance, totally stabbing to the victims themselves, how will the victims react? Obviously they will find the most efficient way to express and fulfill their grievance that unfortunately goes through the paths of bloodshed and inhumanity. I believe the world will take notice of it for the immediate rectification.

Life is the precious creation of Time and energy web around us. The life on earth, thus the Mankind, holds this cherished essence yet it seems we are going in some negative direction for influencing our surroundings with hazardous substances that is potentially affecting the Temperature within mother earth's atmosphere and various other climate disturbances.
There have been remarkable efforts from different organisations and public groups, including States' governments, to stabilize and retract from this "unwanted" and scientifically destined as "a hazard to our existence" pathway, chosen by us, unknowingly.
The Summit in Copenhagen was a flop show as the Developed nations wanted to overthrow United Nations' principles of "Equity" among nations and tried to forge an agreement, prepared in an nontransparent, undemocratic way; grossly biased and neglecting serious concerns of the Poorer and Developing countries.
The BASIC nations (the front of major Developing economies- Brazil, South Africa, India, China), played a matured role with due assistance of positive attitude of leaders like Obama and Merkel to reach on to some "way of progress" type of agreement, which is, though not "Legally binding" yet confirms the volunteer efforts from the part of all Developed and Developing nations (US, BASIC and others). The G77 group of nations, specially African countries were highly unsatisfied with such a draft of the agreement.

Does an adversarial system only encourage more adversaries?

The gist is, as we know that we don’t know all, let us give our surroundings a chance to teach us better. They can be in the form of other human beings or even the unanimated objects but simultaneously remember to isolate the execution part from the contemplating one.

The corruption within such system, the role of dark forces like money, social influence and all, are considered slightly deviating issues by me but since they define the practical functionality of the system , I must press upon the need of a basic revival of morality in the society that can only be developed by incorporating religion in our day to day life.
Thus the adversarial system not only encourages both positive and negative adversaries but also does provide a practical tool to all for putting forth their thinking and enable the aura of hope to be spread over to enlighten people for the broadmindedness, self limiting its complications. Even if we try to create a system deviating from this, adversaries will always be popping in as it is the universal law of this nature, which ads the flavor of variety to already quite a queer taste of this earthly life. The best way to eliminate any negativity appended with it is to incorporate religious values in our routine life that teaches the path to salvation and not the materialism for perpetual starvation.

Maharashtra, Haryana, Asaam elections

Congress and alliance has been favoured by majority in the elections held recently. Since they were state elections and what we get to know through media is unfortunately half corrupted, it’s difficult to analyse the exact causes of the defeat of BJP and friends as it was considered an election season with full of anti incumbency. I heard a prominent political commentator saying it’s an insignia which is extremely alarming for the BJP since despite having some obvious positives it hadn’t performed up to the mark. When such plight stands, political organizations must seek for fundamental scanning of the ideology and even more importantly the election strategy.
I have been writing it for months now that Congress party is functioning as a corporate company. They know where their profit is for the sake of getting mass support; they have little to do with ideology, principles or rationale. They have got one readymade future leader also who enjoys unconditional support of flatterers around. Their present queen Victoria is extraordinarily cunning to manipulate politics for the benefit. These properties get combined with the notion of the secular and non secular in our country. Present day education is not providing our younger generations with the knowledge of facts pertaining our great ancestral virtues, traditions and culture. Thus citizens are not equipped with the sense of real nationalism, which is not merely having radical feelings on the verge of testing of national physical integrity but lies in the core of Indian culture that teaches us human values and the message of goodwill to entire multiverse, as “Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam.”
I must reiterate the fact that I am not at all an ardent supporter of BJP but what I believe in is truth and justice, though they’re not impeccable yet under present circumstances they’re the some right among many very wrong. It looks like people of thiscountry have decided to go for their convenience rather than national interest. It’s not surprising since they learn about Darwinism more than Geeta, Ramayan, Quraan, Bible, Guru Granth Sahib etc.
The lack of religions’ role in politics is a premier concern of mine. The materialism has got endless potential of alluring the mankind for negative until we don’t feed our way of thinking with the spiritual knowledge bestowed upon us by our predecessors. If I write about the flaws in electoral system, it’ll be another repetition but one thing I must say, the age of voting must be more than 25 years of age and not at all to this present limit, which is grossly hazardous to our democracy.

Defensive foreign policy “A major drawback for vibrant India”

From the history we must learn the lesson of being aggressive with our foreign policy. Successive Indian governments have always been over defensive with their approach towards foreign affairs and the Indian stand. We must profit the world with our intellectual and responsible civilization. Seeing injustice is as equal a crime as being the executer of injustice. For the sake of good relations with China, Indian government is thinking of scrapping the visit of Shri Dalai Lama to Arunanchal Pradesh! This is a defeat of self interest to morality; just a few days back, when I was celebrating Diwali far from home, some American, who is the president of a country named United States of America, told me with utmost elegance that Diwali is a festival of the Victory by the Light over Darkness, on the Devil by the kind, of the prosperity over atrocity. Shameful the fact is, the very origin of such great traditions, is falling victim of desire of fulfilling self interests even if it comes averting the principles, which our great culture preaches us!
The Father of the nation, Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi, himself said that for the attainment of the holy goal, our means should also be equally holy; ironically the ruling party claims to be following Gandhian ideology diligently! If we’ve provided shelter to a great leader of Mankind, I must press it’s our fortune that such a great soul resides among us, then why to restrain His holiness from travelling to a place that is the part of our country, no matter what China says, we must not scrap this visit and stamp our degradation of moral character over availing ourselves with whatever profit it might get us diplomatically or any other way.
We blatantly got failed in our efforts of rectifying the framework of United Nations for the betterment of the principle of Equality by not getting the Security Council reworked. We failed to provide this world a far strong United Nations’ leader in the form of Shashi Tharoor and USA got success in putting a weaker leader of its choice instead. We failed to convince Switzerland for the disclosing of assets mounted in its jurisdiction, especially when the person was proven offender and our democratic government, means the voice of a Billion people, requested Swiss authorities to do so. We failed to protect Women in Iraq, Afganistan, Pakistan and in other Islamic bigot states like UAE, Middle East and all. We failed to protect Tibetans, who relied and had faith on us, who came for shelter and got nothing in reply! This is the stark truth of this ancient civilization. This is the essence of this vibrant democracy, who declares on its emblem “Satyamev Jayate” (truth always wins).

Graying of hair in young age "leukotrichia"

Leukotrichia (“Leuko” means white; “trichia” is from the Greek meaning hair or tail) in young individuals is a cosmetic health problem but can be indicative to many other ailments.
Before starting to jump on what to do, I must write some basics about the causes and general aspects of this condition. The most well established theory embraced by scientists for this condition is the Genetics of the individual. Hereditary factors play a major role as certain genes constitute this phenotype (what we see as the manifestation outwardly), displaying it for either certain set of conditions or even at a pre-programmed time. Simplifying it, for example, if an individual has this kind of hereditary graying of hair's pattern, on exposure to a peculiar sort of climate, physical or mental stress, malnutrition, hormonal imbalance secondary to any disease or infection, anemia specially Vitamin B12 deficiency pernicious anemia or Werner syndrome, pollution, thyroid disorder, Calcium deficiency (decreased bone density, mostly in post menopausal women) can be those triggering factors responsible for early grayish colouration of hair. If one's proximal relatives (father, mother, grand father, paternal and maternal relatives) had young aged grayish coloration, then it's most likely to have this condition precipitating earlier in life. Generally, when a person below 40 years of age has more than half of its hair gray, it's termed as "premature" graying of hair.
Melanocytes are the cells responsible for making a chemical named "Milanin", it's the same chemical or one can say "pigment" (color producing substance), which gives our body the unique blackish brown colour. When for any reason as mentioned above or even conditions like "Albinism" (genetic disorder), Vitiligo (auto immune disorder) etc. Melanin synthesis is hampered, the blackening of hair stops and it sprouts as grayish body from the Hair follicle. Melanocytes' Stimulating Hormone (MSH) is secreted by intermediate lobe of Pituitary gland, which is affected by length of night and day as well (presence or absence of natural light). That's why I stress upon disciplined diurnal lifestyle.
What to do?
The most convenient solution for this problem would be to Colour your hair, means dye your hair with any suitable and medically approved dying agent that are very easily available and widely accessible in market. Dietary supplements would only work if severe malnutrition is the triggering factor, such as pernicious anemia for B12 deficiency or even many a times Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) specially in young girls.
When people are paying for colouring hair, then why to be that sensitive on dying them! So, as long as possible, herbal dyes like Mehandi or similar solutions, mostly enumerated in Ayurvedic medicine or other conventional and traditional methods or one of the many competent dying cosmetic products available in market would do the trick. (1)Neutrophilia:-
Increase in the count of Netrophil granulocytes in the circulating blood. Neutrophils are primary white blood cells that respond to bacterial infections, acute inflammations, such as Myocardial Infarction (heart attack) etc.
Therefore in above cases, Neutrophilia precipitates. Appendicitis can also lead to the same.
Normal neutrophils' count is 40-60% of Total Leukocyte Count.
* Adults : 4,000-10,000/cu mm (µl)
* At birth : 10,000-25,000/cu mm (µl)
* 1 to 3 years : 6,000-18,000/cu mm (µl)
* 4 to 7 years : 6,000-15,000/cu mm (µl)
* 8 to 12 years : 4,500-13,500/cu mm (µl)
Drugs like Prednison (Has effects like cortisol), can bring sequestrated (marginalized) neutrophils to the blood stream.

(2)List of fractions of Total Leukocyte Count (TLC):-
* Neutrophils: 40% to 60%
* Lymphocytes: 20% to 40%
* Monocytes: 2% to 8%
* Eosinophils: 1% to 4%
* Basophils: 0.5% to 1%
* Band (young neutrophil): 0% to 3%

(3) Eosinophilia:-
Increase in Eosinophils from their normal concentration (number) in circulating blood. Normal being 0-0.5 * 1000000000 cells per litre.
Two types-> (A)Reactive (B)Non reactive.
(Release of Interleukin 5 by T-cells, mast cells or macrophages.)
Causes-> NAACCP= Neoplasia, Addison's disease, Allergy/Asthma, Collagen vascular disease, Cholesterol emboli, Parasites.
I should list some major conditions as well, se below:-
Diseases that feature eosinophilia:

* Hypereosinophilic syndrome
* Parasitic infections (intestinal helminthiasis)
* Allergic disorders (including eosinophilic esophagitis)
* Some drug reactions, e.g. DRESS syndrome
* Cholesterol embolization
* Churg-Strauss syndrome
* Some forms of chronic myeloid leukaemia
* Hodgkin's lymphoma
* Gleich's syndrome
* Addison's disease
* Clonorchis sinensis, a type of flatworm
* Eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome caused by contaminated tryptophan supplements
* Job's Syndrome caused by increased levels of Immunoglobulin E
* A form of Colitis, eosinophilic colitis.

(4) Lymphocytosis:-
Increase in number or proportion of Lymphocytes, thus absolute and relative in nature. Children less than 2 years of age have physiological relative lymphocytosis. Normal count being 20-40% of TLC in adults.
4000 cells per micro litre in adults
9000 cells per micro litre in infants
7000 cells per micro litre in children above 2 years of age
*Causes of absolute Lymphocytosis:-
- Acute viral infection, such as infectious mononucleosis (glandular fever), Epstein Barr virus infection, hepatitis.
- Other acute infections such as pertusis.
- Some protozoal infections, such as Toxoplasmosis and American Trypanosomiasis (Chagas Disaease).
- Chronic, intracellular bacterial infections, such as Tuberculosis and Brucellosis; acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

(5) Monocytosis:-
Increase in the number of Monocytes, circulating in the blood stream, above the normal level. Upper limit considered them for is 950cells per micro litre.
*Causes:-
Mainly during chronic infection, sub acute bacterial endocarditis, syphilis, infectious mononucleosis and other viral infections and many protozoal and rickettsial infections (Ex.- Kala Azar, Malaria, Rocky Mountain Spotted fever etc.).
Blood and immune system related causes- Chronic neutropenia, myeloproliferative disorders.
Autoimmune diseases and vasculitis; systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.
Malignancies- Hodgekin's disease, certain leukemias, CMML (Chronic Myelomonocytic leukemia. Recovery phase of neutropenia or an acute infection.
Miscellaneous causes: Sarcoidosis, lipid storage disease.

(6) Leukopenia:-
Decrease in the number of white blood cells (leukocytes) found in the blood, which places individuals at an increased risk of infections. Neutropenia is sometimes interchangeably used for Leukopenia, as neutrophils constitute a major portion of the total leukocyte count, specially in adults.
*Causes:-
Chemotherapy, Radiation therapy, leukemia, Myelofibrosis, Aplastic anemia, many common medications like immunosuppressives (Sirolimus, Mycophenolate mofetil, tacrolimus, cyclosporin), some interferons, anti depressants and smoking addiction treatment drugs, antibiotics like Minocycline can cause leukopenia.
Other causes can be- Influenza, Systemic lupus erythematosus, Hodgekin's lymphoma, some types of cancers, typhoid, malaria, tuberculosis, dengue, rickettsial infections, enlargement of spleen, folate deficiency, psittacosis and sepsis, deficiency of certain minerals like Copper and Zinc.
*Pseudoleukopenia:-
At the onset of the infection leukocytes (mainly neutrophils), get sequestrated (marginalised), responding to injury, so that they can scan the site of the infection, evolving lack of leukocytes in circulating pool of blood.

A few days before, many Indian heart broke, when an error occurred for the contact with the Chandrayaan-1 (Lunar Observer-1); Indian media took the failure far constructively but there were people in all corners, disputing on abilities of Indian Space Research Organisation. The 7 major equipments, from ISRO itself and of various other organizations around the globe, performed in the manner, providing desired results in the planned pattern.
NASA scientists described their moments of emotional intensity at Bangalore, when the first high resolution moon pictures arrived at us, after it for this equipment only, data covering more than a thousand GB has been collected, most of which is in the form of 70-80K high resolution pictures (140 metre per pixel), since "C'Yaan" was in the nearest distance, around 100KM to the Moon surface, these pictures and data collected preserve substantial value.

I have been reading a lot, specially in local news papers of Bangalore that people in general are gearing themselves up for the menace of Swine flu by trying enhancing their immunity with alternative medicinal practices like Ayurveda and the life style's modifications, such as Yoga, which are the integral part of our Hindu culture. Simultaneously, I subscribe to the valid view of improving upon the infra structure of health and ambiance around ourselves, which comprises of basic municipal tasks of cleaning and managing the community-space.
Individual efforts of people suggest the level of consciousness and the urban level of literacy but I must be happier when see the change in the mindset of people, belonging to expand their horizon of thinking from constricting themselves to themselves to the broad view of society as an absolute entity in front of us. This will accelerate the pace of community based affirmation, particularly on the side of cleanliness of public places, habits that fuel that, purity maintenance for resources and ensuring their renewal with proper quality and sufficient quantity.
Being a newbie in this City, I observe people being largely pathetic with cleanliness, with a few facilities available for public domain for the sake of social management of sanitation.
Using the knowledge of ancient practices and the facts will empower the modern society to benefit themselves for the better. Yoga must be a routine practice for not only the Hindus but also for everyone, who wishes to be healthy and be useful for the society rather than being a burden on it. “Hindus have been tortured in Pakistan since its formation”

Though now even less than marginal number of Hindus are left in Pakistan since they were brutally converted to Islam with state sponsored terrorism and Talibanism, a few Hindus who reside in border towns are facing the hell on earth in the form of “Naapaak pakistan”.
Now here I am writing an article taken from Times of India 10th of September 09.

“Fearing Taliban, Pak Hindus take Thar Express to India.”

Jaisalmer: In the past four years, some 5000 Hindus may have crossed over from pakistan, never to return. It has not been easy abandoning their home, sometimes even their families, but they say they had no choice: they had to flee the Taliban.
It started as a trickle in 2006, the year the That express was flagged off. The weekly train starts from Karachi, enters India at Muabao, a border town in Barmer and runs up to Jodhpur. In the first year, 392 Hindus crossed over. This grew to 880 in 2007. The next year, the number was 1240, and this year, till August, over 1000 have crossed over. They just keep extending their Visas and hope to become Indian citizens.
Incidentally, these are official figures. Sources say there are many more, who cross over and melt into the local milieu. And officials have a soft corner for these people, most of whom has harrowing stories to tell.
RanaRam, who used to live in the Rahimyar district of pakistan's punjab, says he fell prey to Taliban. His wife was kidnapped, raped and forcibly converted to Islam. His two daughters were also forcibly converted. RanaRam too had to accept Islam for fear of his life. He thought it best to flee with his two daughters; his wife was untraceable.
DungaRam, another migrant, says atrocities against Hindus in pakistan have increased in the past two years after the ouster of Musharraf. “We won't get permanent jobs unless convert to Islam.”
Hindu Singh Sodha, the president of “Seemant Lok Sanghthan”, a group working for the refugees in Barmer and Jaisalmer, says there is unfortunately no proper refugee policy in India even though people from pakistan reach here in large numbers.
He said in 2004-05, over 135 families were given Indian citizenship but the rest are still living illegally in the country and are often tortured by the police because they don't have proper citizenship certificates. “In December 2008, over 200 Hindus were converted to Islam in Mirapur Khas town of pakistan. But there are several others, who want to stick to their religion but there's no safety for them in pakistan.”
Immigration officer in Muabao railway station, Hetudan Charan, says the arrival of Hindu migrants had suddenly increased as over 15 to 16 families were reaching India every week. “None of them admit they're to settle here but seeing their baggage, we easily understand,” he said.
Ravi Kumar, who was Barmer collector till his transfer two days back, said the government in 2007 had given permanent citizenship to a few pakistani immigrants.

It is an open but unspoken truth that more than half of Indian muslims favour pakistan and are more loyal to it just because of their religion. India being a society based on principles of Hinduism and thus secular by its values, which is far broadminded compared with bigot Islamic fundamentalist approach, has to face internal rifts and episodes like Godhra because of them. No attack of the kind of Mumbai 26/11 could have taken place, had there been no internal muslim support from within India, and it's a stark truth. I want to urge the patriotic Muslims, who follow the Islam in its true sense, which says the importance of mother and mother land supreme than even the religion itself, must come forward and unleash these perpetrators to justice and everyone should expose the brutalities of pakistani government and radicals there, who are forcefully converting Hindus specially women and girls so that Hinduism is eradicated from there forever. We must learn lessons from Israel and the Jews, who have strongly retaliated against these muslim radicals and prove our unity against our common enemy.

It's far more easier to develop your skills individually and apply them in appropriate and applicable system to achieve the desired but to work as a team might be a difficult task to achieve and could possibly most of the times be even impossible to work in but its results are rapid, accurate and require much lesser the effort from the individuals separately. Basically it's like dividing burden to units and building better coordinated approach. Emotionally also it strengthens your faith and confidence that you as a team could achieve it even if individually you might be of the view that "this seems to be out of my potential!" Actually it depends what is the magnitude of the work you want to accomplish and the quality of the output sought. For huge tasks obviously you need to build up teams and work with them in coordination to complete it. It becomes even handy when you don't want very precise results. Even the work, which we do individually is comprised of a "team" sort of combination of various abilities confined in our body. Integration is that's why the major helpline for the mankind for its quest for knowledge and Utopia. Be generous to others and learn to love all, so that at the hour of need, you can work in a team with a better capability and probability to get the success. The colonial powers of past, who deceived billions and stocked enormous wealth, now in competitive era, when faced with the skills and commitment of countries like India, China, Brazil, Russia, are finding themselves lagging behind. After recessionary peak, their alarm is ringing even high pitched. These so called developed nations are ruling not only compartments like United Nation's Security Counsel but also its economic arm "International Monetary Fund." The degree of their radical approach of keeping developing and poorer countries away from Monetary policy making for the world, reflects itself in laws like no citizen of developing or poorer nations can be the chief in the IMF! There are plenty of discriminative and disgusting rules and regulations in the IMF. Now when developed nations are facing the fierce economic debacle, reliant upon developing nations for fund injection as well as consumption ranges, they are showing signs of getting lenient with highly discriminative rules of IMF. India has played the major role in negotiations going on for Doha round. According to present Indians finance minister Pranab Mukharjee, results are positive and we are soon going to see their impact in upcoming Doha meet at 14th of September 2009. We have altered the natural configuration of our atmosphere and even in the space. The former being much more prominent and out of our control. Scientists are pondering over as to how the environment can be preserved in a way that supports mankind and other life-forms for the future. The global temperature rise, is directly related to carbon di oxide, which is generated artificially, in a huge quantity by fossil fuel's burning. The developed nations, did a great harm to the nature, by using such technologies without foreseeing their impact on the integrity of ambiance that supports our own lives. Their mistakes are to be rectified by us all, they can boast about their economic strength, attained through industrializing, and bully other nations of the globe but developing nations and poorer countries in terms of economics, now should cumulatively take an approach of justification and support whatever efforts economically developed nations are putting forth.
Quite unnecessarily, developed nations tried to impose illogical constraints on developing world, because of which previous important gatherings over this core issue got failed. Their this approach will culminate into a larger conflict, dividing the world. America will have to take initiative as it is the most corrupting among the all. India and China have onus on their shoulders not to follow the same foolish path that US and European nations chose in the past. We must learn our lessons from the History.

Jaswant Singh's Expelling is regrettable

A political party can not be with the composition of leaders with A to Z similar ideology. There are differences over many issues, specially regarding Historical facts and view-point to gaze them. If there is some gross anomaly, it could be sorted out with mutual understanding and at least if the expelling is inevitable, there must be a dignified procedure laid down, with which the ruling is declared.
The founder member, who served 30 years to the Party, can and must not be expelled in the way that Jaswant Singh has been. Many people see it as a whip on a soft target, for the reason of Advani being surviving even after saying Jinnah a secular leader in his Pakistan journey.
If our major political parties behave like this, then what should we rely upon? Is the thinking processes within these parties are lost? Shouldn't there be a sense of analyzing what happened in the past, and from what point of view, with what proofs we can see it? If it continues this way, then internal and individual thinking process of a leader will be buried under the sand of Political power games, as in this case, since RSS was with the demand of a strong decision, so expelling had to happen! And without RSS'es ground work, BJP can't sail its power ferry.
Even I don't subscribe completely to what jaswant Singh writes but there must be a freedom of speech and thinking, so what if he is a part of the political organization like BJP, he hadn't challenged party's agenda; to mould its position over Jinnah or anything in that regard, he had simply written the book, and if Party is strongly against it, it must have conveyed it to him and first ought to have sought for volunteer resignation. There could have been a debate over the issue and proper time frame must have made available to the author to describe his views more in detail.
It's now like a worker shown pink slip, after all political parties are intellectual properties of a Nation, if they behave in this harsh manner, then where does their credibility towards Nation stays? Can we rely upon such hasty parties to reign the country? I am deeply disappointed and regret this unjustified decision taken by BJP leadership; today for the first time I am seriously contemplating of forming my own political party one day, which will surely be a lot open in terms of ideological flexibility and principle centric approach specially to its veteran leaders. Even if an elderly member of family does something wrong, can younger throw him out in this way? This is not at all my Hindu culture tells me, neither it serves the basis of being a political organization in the world's oldest civilization.

For past few months, from many parts of our country, fake currency-consignments have been ceased. They are proven to be routed through various routes, including our Nepali, Chinese, Myanmar, Afgan and Paki border but the alarming fact is, they all are printed in Pakistan, most of the printing presses with ISI and government of Pakistan's support, are printing up not their but our currency, in order to destabilize the Indian Economy. With these elevations and fluctuations in liquidity, it's likely that the prices of essential commodities would increase uncontrollably; Pakistan is as mean as ever, they have spoiled themselves in the way of trying to destroy India by taming terrorist organisations like Harkat-Ul-Dawa, Mujahidins etc, and of course who could forget their joint creation with America, The Taliban, with whom it's pretending to fight when they have started creeping up these deceivers' heads.
It's a time for us to be very careful as our Government, on the name of Minority assistance, always try to woo Muslim votes and anyone can make out a big chunk of Muslims in India have placed Islam ahead of Mother India and many of them supports pakistan, just because they don't like secular India. Without their active support, it's impossible that such a big scale scam could ever have taken place. In the fight against Global economic downturn, India was far ahead compared with its western counterparts, these attempts are another poisonous strike of the snake lying nearby us, kill it or beware of the consequences.

A mother can't even see any sin of her son, a Father forgives. A teacher forgives. A friend forgives. A fan can forgive, even the stranger can forgive. But the Sins themselves never forgive you. Claded with dark vestment, the lord Time Himself arrives in the dark from the darkest, the ghost of past grabs you from behind, the pain then radiates in nerves, tears display the bleak sense of regret with the wetness of sorrow, they dry but not the sorrow. The sorrow of Sins, really, believe me, but never try; Anger, the short term madness, dies; breaths keep you to live but the Sins never forgive.

So satisfaction is the parameter, I believe, which gauge your health an determines whether you are in disease or not. For practical purpose, present human race agree upon below mentioned proven set of words.

It's the continuation of my previous writing about Democracy, its relevance, merits and demerits. Actually I on purpose don't compile them together, so as to draw the readers' attention on particular issues with specific reference, so that they could participate according to their plight and philosophies, in the process of social justice. Today, the thing that triggered me writing the another installment of this subject, was the unjustified, Democratic decision that the previous BJP led government in Rajasthan took and present Congress led government implemented.
The Gujjar (Gurjar) community got 5% reservation by the State government of Rajasthan. Since they had the population and strength to teeter the Democratic government. They say, they are providing justice who were deprived for it for thousands of years, then on what cost are they doing it? By suppressing others they are allotting justice to so called oppressed? First of all no one can oppress anyone if the unit has got virtues, secondly, even if we consider that they were oppressed in the past, for that the present alleged Upper cast should suffer now to equalize the equation? Is this the way Humanity goes? The discrimination, if at all was done by present so called upper cast people, for that their progeny should suffer? Secondly, people who say it must be based on Economics, then does a progeny of a rich not has the right to study in a reputed, better institution and attain knowledge and skills? From where this form of Justice came? Why can't these so called deprived be given free forms, stationary, hostel facilities in cities, Books and reference materials, cheaper loans, concession over Library books and many more constructive and positive efforts that government can put to establish real justice and equality? Why they provide Direct Seats to some particulars? Well, this is the way democracy goes. I read an article, where an Indian Christian (Actually in India there wasn't Christianity before some selfish souls sold their conscience to it on the cost of their rich ancestral heritage), who was praising a Principal who provided reservation for Dalit christians in a Delhi based institution, and was declaring himself as being the saviour of poors; this person must know that any sort of direct reservation to anyone is the Biggest sin any system can have (specially education system). Now I wonder whether he would ever read it, as I was unable to write a comment as not being the member of that proprietary writing place, most probably set up by that person himself. This sort of Democracy is far dangerous than even a Saddam like autocratic rule, because there a single soul is sinful and here the sin is being committed by a large group, so quantity is multiplied. Till such Democratic system ends for Nationalistic AristoDemoCracy, innocent people will have to suffer. It was a significant day for all observers to see how Gujjars got reservation, and then to analyze in which way our Democracy is heading? As I have warned in many of my previous writings, this Reservation policy will eventually lead to a bloodshed and will one day put the Integrity of this, "The most ancient and greatest civilization of India", in a grave danger. Still we have got time, broadminded people should come forward and fuel efforts to eliminate such Injustice and root out this Democracy, which is a rule of the number not the wisdom, truth, justice and mankind.

I was about to initiate a very big project, so just before it decided to write this small article; of course this habit does not characterize me. As we’re well aware of this time and energy web around us, how it runs and makes us running even when we’re in deep sleep. Defining life is as simple as it’s complicated, so I thought to define it in terms of this remarkable noun “The Race”.
As per the title, “Life is a race against time.” Thus is very dynamic. Quite a strange protocol binds it to its occurrence, simply putting; its rules are much queer and evenly interesting. The experience of mine suggests, if you want to win this race, you must be aware of time around you because energy can be altered any moment, even afterwards of the event as well but the moment itself, means the time, can’t be later on readjusted for the attainment of the goal.
Now after the abovementioned thought, I shall write something, which is not theoretically proven but I have a strong feeling about its authenticity. I was wondering, if the nature has provided us the means to alter the forms of energy as per our convenience, it must have somewhere hidden the magic tool of maintaining time. Here the Einstein’s theory of relativity finds a justified space, that’s awarded but what I was willing to put forth suggests at least there is one other partially perpetual way provided by the nature to us and that is “The reincarnation”. I mean to say that when we take right decisions in life thus get everything we wish for or by any other way we become isolated from all the desires from the life, the cycle of the life ends but till then, same life keeps on rolling like a movie’s reel and the moments are hidden in that reel where we can alter the course of our life whith taking the right decision. Now what will be that right decision, it depends upon the concerned person’s desire or his genetic behavior. Now the most contradicting element here could be defined as, then what will happen to people who say “Whatever is meant to be happened, happens anyways”, well firstly I would say it also is only a hypothesis and secondly I’d put it in this way, as I wrote above, there are a few patches on the reel that can be altered, the motive behind leaving those patches might be like leaving questions after each exercise to students to let them assess themselves and simultaneously being assessed by the creator. Now what lesson, right or wrong you learnt from the incident occurred considering that time frame or even in past to you, you decide upon that, if you choose right, you go to “Nirvana” or “Salvation” else you again go through the same cycle or even sometimes modified one as the supplementary examination or the Summer School. Now after reading this, the question would certainly be prominent that, why this system was created, I shall answer this in August 2009.

Now the same leaders self proclaimed copy right bearers in one of the national political party have no guts to revolt against such an injustice as SC ST forms a great bundle of power and holds key for the doors of power. So which so called castes were more in number thus strong in Democracy, formed their own categories like OBCs to get benefited in at least other areas besides candidature, they might in near future seek for that as well, since numerous venomous Arjuns are ready to defy the legacy of great Arjun of Mahabharata who fought for the ideals.

Ultimately with this grave injustice, people who don't think a perticular bunch of candidates eligible for their vote and perceive someone better than them to be their representative, have to be deprived of their right to vote, no matter whoever says Jaago re, Jaago re, if they really wake up in real sense and revolt against such injustice then the country will take a bath in the blood of its own. So let them sleep, that's much better

Suppose if i want to represent my people from the area I reside in, and I am not from a particular caste for which that seat is reserved for, then how will I can participate in the process and the people who have the choice in me, how can they exercise their right in Democracy?

Arguments are laid down as those groups are socially deprived of, then why can't government take steps like assistance with laws, guarantee for better education and living amenities and economic assistance with other facilities that might assist them to compete in a common forum? I have written similar topic once before somewhere as well, wanted to reiterate with the context of present elections, "the decision 09", as they're described by one of the prominent media group. We've been discussing about a few key issues of the importance, for this poll. When it comes to defining principles, their implications on a nation as a whole, we're to rely upon those primitive faces that we often come in contact with while visiting the rural areas or even metropolitan slums. As we're aware of the fact most of them comprise the major chunk who decides the fate of the country. Their criteria may be in variety, essentially not existed on logical interfaces but mostly influenced by politics of separatism or any other vice that we may perceive in this unity in variety society. It must then strike in our minds that shouldn't there be some mechanism of filtering out such potentially hazardous voters for the well being of nation and its boasting largest democracy of the world?

I tolerate the fact that with democracy there comes numerous of ideas, aspirations of differing kinds, many view points and even more corruption but that we somehow manage for the sake of stability and human rights but when these augmentations embrace totally incompetent units just because of lack of political will of the parties that are largely dependent on fooling such people rather than working honestly for the country, then it must knock the minds of intellectual machinery who want to do something for the refinement and betterment of the society and thus the nation. It was quite arguable when we attain freedom, initially it was hard to find literates in a society which was the innocent victim of cruel colonization but later on, there must have been serious efforts made to filter out the harbingers of the future forming for the country we love the most. Like reservations, this also became a malignant disease of the society and still is not considered veraciously even by the responsible citizens. I am not at all pressing on snatching rights of the poor who were deprived of education because of economic reasons and old people who are themselves with the experience of choosing the better but I am strictly pressing upon the fact that why there wasn't any beginning on such an important issue at least 25-30 years back by invoking rules such as citizens pertaining families with more than certain amount of income must be at least literate if not the graduate for casting their votes? It must have spurred the quality of governance as well as the will of people to learn more. Even from now on, there can be deadlines set up, for the economically competent citizens to attain a certain level of education so that their thinking perspectives might get broader and ultimately we begin a process of creating an environment which will in future yield time when the nation's polity won't run over the issues like cast, creed, religion, language etc. but on rather logically justified and crucial issues of both short and long term importance.

When I see a bunch of people, relatively lesser in number, seeing towards India, for the protection of their rights and even for the sake of their sheer existence; getting no significant support that is pragmatically supportive and result oriented, then my heart goes on melting for such warriors who are destined to fight their battle of truth against the mostly populated, robust financial and military powerhouse of this earth, the Communist China. Today on occasion of 50 years of struggle by aspiring and patriotic Tibetans who fought against all odds, with a cruel power who kills its on people brutally on speaking even a single world against it, what to write of minority Tibetans. First of all, the most important aspect of this trouble is, when the entire world appreciates the distinguishing racial base of Han chinese and Tibetans and thus rendering from it the right of Tibetans that they historically possess of having their own separate nation, why India only for its own self interests turning its face away from the doctrine of truth and justice, which is the basis of our culture? According to Dalali Lama, Chinese have made Tibet a living hell; the restriction on foreign media and virtually airtight isolation of Tibet prove the citing of honorable His Holiness view-point.

Because of our own interests, we tend to be passive about the injustices happening around us. This way we are equally responsible for the sins that China is committing. I'd here again stress on the fact that because of our lingering stance over these key international issues around us, many Tamils in Sri lanka and Tibetans in Tibet had to face brutal and inhuman treatment and consequences, even losing of their lives. India must be very proactive for the sake of truth and justice, which basically frame this great nation. Jai Hind!

I'm finding it very queer even addressing the enumeration of this the most significant problem that our country is facing. First of all we must distinguish the two different propositions, that are; off course political parties must not politicize the issue of terror but then the voters must keep in mind that we distinguish people who we believe are clear and decisive about their approach towards terrorism. We find many people saying terrorism has no religion, no faith; actually that is a true perspective. Simultaneously we find folk saying terrorism must not be compartmentalize, that also is true among certain plights but this time the need is to recognize the chief problem of this nation which is threatening the safety of its citizens country wide and that is undoubtedly terrorism spread by Islamic fundamentalists who want everyone to be muslim and the people who have been blind and bigot. I'm not at all denying with the fact that there aren't other major problems in India but certainly both of the major political parties highly differ on this key issue that's why I am addressing it separately.

If we can't recognize the cause or even after recognizing it tend to mislead ourselves because of our own selfishness and keep appeasing so called minority despite knowing most of the times terrorist got succeeded in their cowardly heinous acts on our soil just because our own people, a few misled indian muslims assisted them to do the all. For them if we don't formulate tough laws and get them in accounts of justice then we tend to loose on our own ground rather than being defeated anywhere else! Many prominent media groups in our nation and even internationally reiterating that Terrorism will not be a core issue in this LokSabha election and referring their conclusion to the recently held polls in states are having a great degree of illusion because even when I am sitting here in Bangalore I am finding people who are radically excited about taking steps against terrorism by themselves, so must keep in mind that on the national level there will be a serious impact of this issue. Secondly, Congress always chant about no effect of terrorism or even when compelled to consider it as a factor then they say we have managed to be diplomatically very sound in the crisis of Mumbai; we must keep in mind that forget about what the entire world believes, even when ameraica was attacked did they find solutions in world-polity! The answer is NO, we're to secure us ourselves, as Israel very rightly did. After submitting the terror dossier I think when I'm writing it, more than 2 months are over, what did it bring to us? Nothing. Now pakistan is threatening to shut off their inquiry citing no support from our side, so what this world-diplomacy is helping us? They are only praising us on fora else they would be laughing at our cowardice internally, this very fact the citizens of India must know. Though I don't either support parties like BJP who performed operation Parakram, despite Kargil and attack on parliament they rested with arms in pocket. Anyone must not be afraid of Nuclear bomb, their all bombs cumulatively can't eradicate even a singleton percent of our land but we can eliminate this evil nation from world forever by our might. We must have done it in 1965 but due to lack of proper leadership we failed to do so. Whatever, now the only hope which we can look for this key issue is to vote for the BJP as they seems to be the only party that is for the sake of wooing muslim votes not hanging nation's security and its self respect at stake. Linking Hemant karkare's martyrdom with "Samajhauta Blasts", saying Mumbai attacks a reaction of people who want "Freedom from India", calling entire episode as an "Intelligence game by India that went all wrong!"; "Mumbai attacks as the beginning of destroying of Indian federation!" These are the headlines and discussion topics in Pakistani media these days, they make their own people fool to retain them in their side, else pakistani people would have themselves done something radical against their government.

There are people in pakistan, who have only one dream for their life, that is eradication of India, they put this as "Hindustan ki tabahi". Now this pakistan that is barking about being victim itself, is actually the creator and patron of these forces, which are now all the way acting in an uncontrolled manner, ISI and pakistani military is not in any governmental control. They are on the verge of a state collapse, as clearly visible in their north west frontier province, to divert their own people's mind, they are using all ways possible, as identified above, now think who fool can ever believe them, if one even gets a singleton chance to come out of that pakistani well and see the world by his own. After the displaying of so many proofs against various terrorists, they keep saying they're insufficient, not substantial, or even shamelessly deny to have any, and thus collecting information about our mechanisms and methodologies of collecting intelligence in an indirect manner. How can a state be more base than this! Pakistan is a stolen land and not at all their nation. That is our land, and we must be unite to take our land back and accomplish the holy task of "Akhand Bharat" / "Unbroken India". This is the high time when we can revenge the martyrdom of our great soldiers, guests and citizens. Pakistan can never be a friend of India as it is full of people who hate India and can't even see its map on globe. No doubt there are intellectual people who want peace between two counties, but they form a very less portion of the total and because of the malformed information, described as above, are totally confused or feeling themselves lacking power and authority. Pakistani army has one and only one agenda to take revenge of the defeats that they had in all the wars with India, which were initiated by them and were end by us.

Being known to several riots on religious ground in India and now the riots between Christians and Muslims in Nigeria, and specially after pondering over the most lethal of the threats to the modern civilization "The Islamic terrorism" which is spearheading in many parts of the globe, from India to Chechenya, America to southern china, Malaysia to its own patrons like Pakistan and bangladesh; a serious issue arises that whether the religious faith becomes so indelibly branded in someone's heart that it doesn't even valuate precious human lives and mankind's emotions & ethics for the sake of most of the times merely to perpetrate their own insecurities and feelings of malice towards others or simply the elements of hatred and jealousy. In such circumstances, in a country like India, where almost all religions of this globe find safe heaven, can exist peacefully in longer run or not. When we had a goal to attain freedom, Hindu Muslims Christians Sikhs all were Bhai Bhai (Brothers) but even before attaining, just with a foreseen reality when we came nearer to be free, or rather I should write "Independent" from foreign rulers, leaders like Jinnah displayed their selfishness and narrow-mindedness, by asking for a separate Islamic state, our weak leaders of that time did let it happen, that ultimately ended in the creation of our most jealous, slew, shameless, brutal son Pakistan. Coming back to our point of discussion of co existence, as we see in chemical reagents as well that if variety of substances in more or less equal quantity are tried to be treated, we notice highly unstable solution, it gets stable if we dilute it with one major solvent which works effectively as a stabilizer in the system thus rendering the solution to be stable. Similarly in India, Hinduism has been working as that solvent, but as Hindus are reducing in number and are being divided from within, we are facing instability in our society. If this solution gets concentrated in time to come, then certainly the existence of our nation will be in a jeopardy. We stamp RSS people communal when they talk about "Hindu Ghata Desh ban'ta" (Diminished Hindu Broken Country); but it is the time to realize this radical looking theory as a demand of the time line. It doesn't mean at all that we start killing our other religions' follower- brothers and sisters but at least try to be united and integrated within ourselves and thus strengthen the cultural framework of our society. India, a pseudo democracy!

After seeing so many advertising campaigns, people asking for "Jaago India Jaago" etc. I just want to ask a simple question to them, whom to vote? My lesgislative assembly consistuency is reserved for specific cast, I myself would love to contest elections from there but I can't, I have no options to choose from, then how can I vote? They keep saying it'll strengthen democracy, which democracy they talk about? Is it a justified system in which we're to hail for our democracy? Their must be a vast movement for revolution against discreminitory policies like "Reservations" in every aspect of state's structure, such as political, educational or any of the other kinds. After recent Mumbai attacks, it's become even more pathetic to vote for such people who only to save their vote banks, don't act against the culprits and hamper procedures of having tougher laws for terrorism, and that too when supreme court has to say itself that "Terrorism is not a Law & Order subject, but a blatant war against state." Then why centre is not able to fasten processes of installing mechanisms such as federal agencies or even without them, I think task can be accomplished by mututal determination to eradicate such a menace, I am warning all politicians of this generation that if their soft and timid approach continues like this then it will ripe as a severe threat to our Nation's integrity and we shall attain nothing but malice among ourself which will ultimately tear our "Unity in variety" strength. We strongly need to refurbish our infra structure for safeguard, both external and internal, for this a sheer detechment of such issues from politicians is the primary necessity. If state governments can't act after so particular and well orchestrated intelligence and can't erect systems to assure safty of the citizens, then it's a clear state of administrative failure and we need to reconstitute the entire framework all over again to make sure that these enemies are neutralized and our "BharatVarsh" is saved and remain peaceful and prosperous till eternity. It's not just that citizens are feeling unsafe that's why they are angry, in reality if I can atleast talk on my behalf, then I would say I am rather unhappy because it's an insult to my Motherland and I am feeling ashamed of myself who failed to secure the self respect of my country and thus the stature of my Bharat. I strictly believe in one world, with no boundaries, so my this writing must not be seen in the perspective of deteriorating a country's image, I want to draw everyone's attention towards a case where a Chinese citizen is sentenced to death and from almost less than one day from the time writing this article, he will be butchered by Chinese Government. The man is charged for spying for Taiwan, who has never been to Taiwan, the man is a scientist, his daughter and her husband came from US to meet him for last time, as two people can see him before the execution, desperate daughter tried everything from the legal course of china, which is actually nothing but Government's monopoly, to urging their own countries, respectively Austria and US, all gone in vain, calling for the last meeting is a clear insignia of execution's inevitability. I too believe that conspiracy against state is the most serious crime but China has a history of executing the most number of people in the entire world, even more than regimes like of Saddam's or other brutal Islamic regimes. It's a shame on authorities like UN that are completely failed to pressurize this state terrorism spreading nation, where liberal thoughts are put to end virtually. The world is scrupulously debating over the existence of death penalties and such countries are blatantly using their authority to the barbarism. Are perpetrators dwell merely in China? There must be integrated international efforts to seek into such cases, and punish these nations. Effective use of Surya Namaskar is experienced on three levels – body, mind and intellect. The practice of Surya Namaskar is a sort of training to your body mind and soul (Pradnya). It works with equal force on these three aspects. It gives us physical and mental health with sharp intellect.

Only 35 to 40% of your muscles are used in daily activities. Rest of the muscles remain inactive. Surya Namaskar is a physical exercise where almost 95% to 97% of your muscles are switched on to active mode. They remain active, hours ahead during the day, till you recharge them the next morning.

You are at dis-ease when there is imbalance of Waat, Kapha and Pitta in the body. Daily practice in Surya Namaskar maintains steady state of these three, keeping the body in perfect health.

While performing Surya Namaskar the breathing exercise (Pranayam) gives more oxygen to your lungs. The rhythm of breathing becomes heavy with vitality. Each breath becomes deep and clear. It carries more oxygen to the parts of your body.
The vital points (The Chakras) in the body get charged. The Surya-Tej in these Chakras gets enlightened with the thought and sight of the Sun God.

While performing Surya Namaskar think nothing, but about the Sun God. Concentrate yourself on the meaning of the Surya Mantra, the steps in the Surya Namaskar, their sequence, the proper activities of the different parts of the body, the parts of the body where you feel stress, stretch and strain etc. This will shut your mind off from thinking. Thoughtless state of mind contains no mental stress and strain at all. It is a real rest to your mind. Freedom from mental and emotional anxiety is the sound rest to your body too.

The word ‘Moksha’ means to be relieved from fear and tears. It is to get freedom from all types of woes and worries. This ‘released state of mind’ gives you absolute happiness. All the virtues – the divine qualities which are nothing less than the GOD HIMSELF – are the carriers that take you to the absolute happiness-the Moksha.

The starting shloka, the Sankalpa, the prayer, the concluding shloka, the Samarpan and the shloka of dedication are important in the process of ‘know thyself’. If you can’t (or don’t want to) recite these shlokas give a thought to the meaning of each shloka while practicing Surya Namaskar.

Early morning is the best time for Surya Namaskar. Don’t eat any thing at least for five hours prior to Surya Namaskar.

Follow the body postures in each step very scrupulously. If it is not possible for you at the beginning you are free to make some minor changes, here and there, for the time being. But your final aim is to attain the perfect position.

All the diagrams merely indicate only outward body posture roughly. They are not the ideal state of Asana.

Each movement of the Asana should be divided into parts and performed gracefully.

While performing the Asanas keep your belly and hip part loose. Get the feel of the stretch and strain at the particular part of the body. The rest of the body should be free of muscle tension.

Go slow. Slow speed is for SharirShuddhi – for cleansing the body of all sorts of toxins, fats, unwanted secretions and for restoring health. Each movement of the Asana should be graceful. Use all your physical ability to experience the stretch and strain on your body while performing the Asana

There are twelve steps in Surya Namaskar. You can count five seconds for each step of the Surya Namaskar. It means that one Surya Namaskar goes for one minute (and a bit more). I met Navasartian twice: first time in Greece in the 1940s or early '50s, second time, about ten years later, in Canada. He was a mesmerizing speechifier.
